Weekend Snow Update January 2nd

Greeting from City Hall! I want to thank you all for your patience and cooperation as we slowly open up our community. We still have a long way to go, but a reprieve from the falling snow is allowing us to make some progress on the roads.

The DRC will be open for regular hours on Saturday, January 3. Services may be limited, and things may be moving slowly.

The Community Chest will be closed until further notice.

The Library will be open regular hours Friday, January 2 and Saturday, January 3. 

City Hall will be open on Monday, January 5 for regular hours.

Conditions could change and closures are still possible, but we will stay open as advertised if we can. Although we are opening back up and recognize the real need to get out if you can, please only venture out if you need to. Road conditions remain much the same-narrow roadways with high berms and equipment still working long hours to clear more snow. Please continue to be aware of your surroundings, drive slowly and look out for one another.

Parking at City Hall is limited. There is some parking available at the library; if the lot is full, please do not park on the main road. 

Please be aware of your surroundings, stay away from roof overhangs, and watch your step as walkways and roadways are icy.
